- preparing a working design including: work outlines for all branches, among others: for the electrical branch – outlines related to light outlets, alarm systems, etc.; for the plumbing branch – water and sewage system connections, central heating systems; for the construction branch – outlines related to partition walls, demolitions, drywall mounting; execution drawings of a bathroom and a toilet, which include layouts of glaze, terracotta or stone elements; drawings for contractors relating to possible stone cladding; floor design including layouts of terracotta and stone elements as well as layouts of other claddings, e.g. wood cladding; execution drawings for carpenters, containing, among others, a detailed design of a kitchen and other carpentry elements; work outlines for glaziers; execution drawings for upholsterers, containing any designs of genuine furniture; proposals and work outlines referring to window decorations. In case of fine-art photographs used within the interior – delivery of photographs with all copyright to use them; suggestions pertaining to lamp selection, suggestions referring to colours dominating in the premise and wall claddings, such as wallpapers.
- The working design includes detailed quantitative lists of all used materials, e.g. floorboards, glaze, terracotta, skirting boards, etc. The same refers to equipment such as furniture, accessories, textiles, details, etc. The lists contain detailed information about places where materials and devices were purchased.
- project architect’s supervision involves architect’s periodic inspections of works on the investment site. The purpose of the inspections is to control the quality of works performed by various specialists, e.g. tilers, plumbers or carpenters. Equally important is to check whether all works comply with conceptual designs.
